Investors absolutely adore APH
The electronics manufacturer just reached its all time high, forming a market cap of more than $55 Bln! Shares are trading above $92 now and investors are counting their winnings now! Truly an amazing result from this tech stock!
Starting in late October, the price of APH shares was slightly below $80 and on the 2nd of December the market closed above $92. This is a massive 15% growth in such a short period of time. The 20, 50, and 200 period moving averages are all pointing north, with a clear Golden Cross formation took place a few days ago on the 20 an 50 MAs. For those of you who keep an eye on such patterns, you know that a Golden Cross is a very strong bullish signal.
And why shouldnt buyers be in total control? P/E is higher than most direct industry competitors, but not too high. This means investors have big expectations about future growth. The revenue is more than $ 12 Bln and the Operating Margin is a brilliant $ 2.4 Bln. This is almost 20%, which corresponds to the higher P/E mentioned earlier.
